Red Stick Together is a food ministry of Broadmoor United Methodist Church that strives to nourish people’s bodies and souls through the sharing of dinner and conversation. Red Stick Together was launched on December 22, 2019, following the “dinner church” theology that started with Jesus and was carried through the early development of the Christian church. Through mid-March 2020, people would gather on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm to enjoy a good free meal, community with neighbors, live music & a positive message.

Then COVID-19 forced us to make a slight change. We served free to-go meals outside in front of Red Stick Together for anyone in need. We grew from one night a week to three and served about 65,000 meals in a little over 2 years.

Red Stick Together is going back to our original plan and serving FREE hot meals at Broadmoor United Methodist Church on Tuesdays at 5:30pm in Casual Worship Center. Dine-in meals are prepared each week by our amazing team of volunteers.
