YOUTH

Starting Sunday, October 4 the Youth Group will resume meeting from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Casual Worship Center. All 6th – 12th graders are invited to come for dinner, Bible Study with Rev. Donnie Wilkinson, and games with Montero Minor. Encourage your youth to bring a friend and check out the new Bmoor Youth Group!

Youth Ministry

Welcome to the Broadmoor United Methodist Youth Ministry! We believe that God has great things in store for both middle and high school students today! Our goal is to help them navigate what it means to be a Christ follower in the midst of a chaotic world.

Our Youth Group is one big family of 6th – 12th graders. Like a big family, we eat together, play together, laugh together, argue together, cry together, and travel together. We are not perfect, but we love what we do, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey.

Now is a great time to get involved at Broadmoor. Let’s grow in our faith together! Please contact Kennon Pickett in the church office at (225) 924-6269 if you have any questions.

Youth Band

The Youth Band meets most Sundays before Youth Group at 4:00 p.m. in The Cave. They learn contemporary worship music and lead the youth group in worship once a month. They also occasionally play for conference events and in worship services at Broadmoor. Drums, vocals, piano, bass, really any instrument is welcome. If you want to join, we’ve got a spot for you!

For more information, contact Worship Leader, Eddie Manes, at emanes@broadmoormethodist.org or by calling the church office at (225) 924-6269.
