YOGA MASS

2ND SATURDAYS, 10:30AM-NOON IN THE SANCTUARY

YogaMass blends yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Holy Communion to help participants tap into the deep well of God’s divine light within themselves to encounter the Risen Christ on the mat.

We’re excited to announce that starting in September 2024, Broadmoor United Methodist Church will offer a YogaMass on the second Saturday of every month!

Led by Rev. Donnie, this unique worship experience combines the practice of yoga with spiritual reflection and prayer. This Adult yoga class is FREE and open to all levels of experience.
